Maine Families Androscoggin Team Leader
Advocates for Children, provider of Maine Families home visiting services, has an immediate opening for a full time Team Leader to join our management team. This individual will be responsible for the day- to-day leadership of the staff and development of the home visiting team. Responsibilities include: • Provide consistent supervision and support to 6 staff members; • Assistance with program development and quality assurance; • Data collection and reporting; • Implement professional development and training plans Educational and experience requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field with experience; or Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field with three (3) years experience. Knowledge of home visiting services, supervisory and team development experience required.

Ideal candidates need to have an understanding of and desire to work with children and parents; case management experience preferred. Must also possess strong communication skills and capacity to work independently and in team settings.
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Early Childhood or related field required and two years experience working with families preferred.
